Nine to six months before wedding

book the caterer, photographer and videographer

put together names and addresses for the guest list

Three Months before Wedding

buy gifts for attendance, parents, helpers
•
select your wedding rings
•
ordered the wedding cake and by cake knife, toasting glasses, guestbook and garter
Two Months before Wedding
•
plan the wedding rehearsal and dinner
•
make lodging arrangements for out-of-town guests
•
sand indications sent four to six weeks before the wedding; announcements after wedding
One Month before Wedding
•
Finalize everything: confirm honeymoon reservations, fittings for you and your attendant’s dresses,
reception hall, caterers, musicians, etc.

Get your marriage license
•
Ask a friend or relative to do the guestbook at reception
•
Pickup wedding rings
•
By a gift for your fiancé
Two weeks before wedding
•
Complete your trousseau
•
Prepare wedding announcements to send to newspapers

Contact guests who have not responded
One week before wedding

Pick up your down, attendant’s dresses and accessories

Confirmed details with all participants and inform them of any changes

Pack for the honeymoon

Make sure you have all wedding attire, rings and marriage license
